Karen Bullard, Principal Consultant of HResource Solutions, has over 25 years of corporate high tech experience including over 15 years in Human Resources. She has valuable hands-on knowledge with building HR infrastructure in a solo HR professional role to being on the executive team leading established HR operations.

She has had opportunity to work with a variety of cultures and people in start-up environments, emerging companies from pre-IPO through IPO, and in established corporations with international liaison responsibility.

Most recently, Karen was Director of Staffing & Organizational Development at Symphony Systems, an emerging enterprise software development firm in Silicon Valley. Karen’s professional affiliations include her active membership in the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the California Employer Advisory Council. She was the Northern California Human Resource Association (NCHRA) vice president and program director, Santa Cruz Chapter, for three years.
